Xbox Live account banned, but what about console?

I don't really know why, but my Xbox Live account was banned because of Marketplace theft. Xbox Live account is banned, but what about console? Statement from Microsoft:

How this enforcement affects you

Enforcement actions apply to both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles:

On the Xbox 360 console you will no longer be able to sign in to Xbox Live.

On the Xbox One console you will be able to sign in, but some features and functionality of the console will be reduced or restricted including but not limited to the ability to participate in multiplayer games.

It means 1 month old Xbox One is now like brick without all functionality, or everything okay and I can sold Xbox One with warranty to someone else?

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Hi, if it was just the account that got suspended you're good to go ahead and sell the Xbox if you wish to, I don't believe the warranty is transferable though,

Are anyone telling us the reason for our console ban? NO.

So when the issue is console ban they copy and paste this link and send us there but now the link is updated and saying for talk with the Members of the Xbox LIVE Enforcement Team but anyone speak with us.

What is this? For ban they use the TOC and TOU but for anwser our questions they forget what are in the links?

Generally only the console is banned. You can use the account on a a different Xbox.
