Xbox live account banned after 2 days of making it??

I want to make myself a new Xbox account how do I delete the old one?

Will I get banned or suspended for making a new Xbox live account? I just got my xbox a few days ago.

Banned until the 5/12/14

hi ive been banned for 2 weeks for apparently cheating to which i do not know how i cheated. i have been banned since saturday (been banned for 5 days so far) i have posted another post in the forums but the reply looked like it was literally copy/paste
from the email i got. i was banned for 2 weeks 5 days ago after only getting xbox live a couple of days previous. i know its only 2 weeks but i do not expect to be banned just 2 days after paying £40 for gold membership. This is the first xbox i have ever
owned and so far am seriously unhappy with the help i am receiving. The account that is banned is -GT -itsJudgeDread

I was offline for couple of days, but I connected to xbox live and still no update. I did NOT recover my account until like 2 days after I connected back to xbox live. So the achievements should be there!

I am having this problem as well. And to make things worse, my Xbox Live account was deleted (off of the console, not banned) >:/

I think it's just a problem with Xbox LIVE. I'm sure it'll be fixed within a few days.

Just an FYI....Even if you play "SILENT" you can still be banned by foul langauge.

if you **** off a clan with Lots of members they can join your game sessions and in 2-3 days report violations (Report Emblem, Report offensive language,ect) and what happens is that usually Xbox Live will AUTOMATICALLY put a semi-Hold on your account until
an Xbox Live enforcer person checks up on it.

This happened to 2 of my Xbox Friends who were playing Domination and made some clan mad at them. My friends usually have an Xbox Live Party so no chat or communication is going on between them and other players.

They were forced (unaware) into an Xbox Live Enforcement Team party where their actions, lack of chat (because of the party), behavior were scrutinized and then invited by the Enforcement TEam party to discuss AFTER playing 1 game.

They said it looks like it was a CLAN Bash as usual so they TOOK off the AUTOMATIC BANS that were about to be CONFIRMED on their accounts!

Only Problem was that 1 of my 2 friends was Banned after that took place (it was only a 24 hour ban however)... it took longer to remove the Ban than to wait it out but a complaint was filed after the fact. My friend was credited 1 extra day on his Xbox
Live account.

We are mindful now whenever we do Clan Ops.... We will play with a Clan but only 1 game and then find a new lobby.... and if we see reoccurring Clan players popping up we are careful and cautious.

if this is about a 100 day communication ban. This follows with a 2 week console ban them an additional 46 day communication ban making a 60 day privilege suspension
