Xbox Live Account Ban (Help)

Hello, I have been trying ever since day one able getting my Xbox Live account unbanned that I always used for everything before when it came to having a lot of games, then I switch because of a life time ban saying Market Place theft. Thing I I tried
proving I never done any of that stuff or anything tried saying that they have a mistake or something and all I kept getting was sorry can't help you like come on just tell is there a way to unban me or not for something I did not do that happened in 2011
and been trying to fix since the day it happen (9/10/2011) with no end date. Please let me know thank because I would love to use an account that I always had and that I have bought a lot of DLC and games with and had all my friends on.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Bans for marketplace theft are usually permanent. and if the ban is older than 12months there is nothing that can be done.
