I had two xbox live accounts a year ago. First I stopped one, then I realized I stopped the wrong one.

The question is: How on earth do I find the one I had with lots of games, and make it come alive again, with all the games still there?

So difficult to find out

But it says that my account is not an xbox life gold account anymore.

what do i have to do to get back my xbox live gold

You can try this tool to see if you can recover the email for the account - Forgot the email address you use to log in to your Xbox? Learn how to find your Xbox login. then you would need to reset the password if you do not remember it.

Hey grreta,

The best way to recover accounts is through the account recovery process at Account.Microsoft.com.

There's a need of the email of course and the ability to submit as much correct information as possible.We understand that recovering accounts can be frustrating but this is our best suggestion.
