    IM sick and tired of this ' your account is at risk confirm details' from a number i had ages ago.. and numerous times i have changed it and it take you guys a month to do this change, i have been billed for another 3 month membership already as u wont
    let me change my account details till this 30 days have passed..

    IF i believe ther eis a problem with my account i will contact you .. it is not for you to routinely demand me to confirm that my account is safe which seems to happen a month before each renewal so i then have to pay coz i cant cancel my subscription.

    I want the details on my account changed now as i do not wish to renew my subscription again. im not waiting 30 days because u think your being a good guy and confirming our details. it is not being helpful its a nuisance.

    Delete my xbox live acc

    Hey Guys, could you please delete my Xbox-Live acc? I created this acc a long time ago and never used this acc. Today I have a Xbox One with a new Xbox acc so I dont need this Xbox Live acc anymore.

    account got deleted?

    when i was playing xbox live, i got dced, and i tried recovering my acc but it wouldnt work then my acc got deleted? this happened around 12 pm 4 hrs ago, and now my xbox live acc is gone. whats happened? it was error code like 80137A or somethin, anyway
    to get my acc back soon :/
