Hello. Several years ago, i had an xbox360.

And i had an xboxlive account with nick-name:zeni16.

But now i forgot everything about this account. I forgot e-mail and password. Can i restore this account?

Delete my xbox live acc

Hey Guys, could you please delete my Xbox-Live acc? I created this acc a long time ago and never used this acc. Today I have a Xbox One with a new Xbox acc so I dont need this Xbox Live acc anymore.

when i was playing xbox live, i got dced, and i tried recovering my acc but it wouldnt work then my acc got deleted? this happened around 12 pm 4 hrs ago, and now my xbox live acc is gone. whats happened? it was error code like 80137A or somethin, anyway
to get my acc back soon :/

You would need to try contacting support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email and you can reset the password.

But, i have problem with leave message in support-chat. Because surname and name fields is unactivem, but they are is required

Go to http://account.live.com and make sure all of your information is filled in correctly. That should auto-fill those fields.

If not, you'll need to try phone support. If you post the region you're in, I can get you the number.

You're welcome and thank you for clarifying. I apologize but through Microsoft that will not be possible. You may need to reach out to Mojang in regards to the specific concern that you have.

Thanks for your Answer. But my Problem isn´t with Microsoft Account. I have 2 Game(Mojang) Accounts on one MicrosoftAccount. I would like change this in 2 MicrosoftAcc. to. Not 2 in 1... i need 1 in 1.
