    hi i woke up today my 4 year old was playing xbox halo wars. I notice that there was massages on my account they all where for him and when i started to read them my blood was getting hot there was nothing but abuse by

    please use the tools to report the profile(s) for abuse, like mentioned here:
    www.xbox.com/.../abuse

    This will ensure that it is reported, it will be looked at and after that appropiate actions are taken

    You can also setup privacy so people will not be able to send messages when they are not on your friendlist:

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-privacy-safety-online

    Just so you are aware children under 13 are not allowed on Xbox LIVE without direct supervision.

    If you have been harassed on xbox live just report the abusive profile from the xbox console or block them to stop further abuse.
