Hi Leute,

evt kann mir ja jemand helfen!?

Ich habe mir im Januar ein Code für 12 Monate Xbox Live gekauft und eingelöst. Ein paar Tage später bekamm ich eine Nachricht das dieses Abo automatisch zu Xbox Ultimate wird.

ABER jetzt kammt es... angebllich läuft mein Abbo jetzt am 25.5.2020 ab obwohl ich 12 Monate gekauft hatte.

Weiss da jemand wieso, weshalb, warum oder ob es nur ein Fehler ist?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on your subscription. When you have game pass ultimate and redeem codes for Xbox live gold or game pass. This time gets converted to ultimate time. Here is the

conversion charts for you to look over. The reason for this, is the ultimate subscription already has Xbox live gold, game pass for console, and game pass for PC subscriptions all into one.

Xbox Live 1-year subscriptions have been discontinued and will no longer be offered or honored and will be converted to Xbox Live Ultimate Game Pass.

No further information has been provided at this time.

This update ruined my live. Every time I go to play a game my xbox says im signed out of xbox live. I said ok and went back to dashboard. Every time i go back it says my avatar has never been created. To shorten this all up I cant play my games my avatar
is gone so all i can do is just sit at the dashboard. :mad:
