Xbox live. A complete joke

I bought an xb1 in November upgrading from the 360. I've never in my days of gamimg had to deal with so many online problems it's getting Ridiculous, problem such as friends lists not showing, dashboard being unresponsive, notifications not working, party
chat playing up. Most of these issues are solved temporarily with a hard reset but come on Microsoft the amount of times xbox has been a lonely experience because of these issues. When are you going to get on top of this ?

complete joke

Down for days at a time every 6 weeks or so. They never reply to support requests, last time I lost all rewards including my power bingo status 600 pnts. to 155 keys and all coins..... Gone!!!

Unable to communicate after the suspension.

It's been a week after my suspension and still can't talk to people. I paid for services that I'm not getting. Xbox Live Enforement Team is a complete joke.

Sometimes a hard reset won't fix the issues, and if that happens, the best place to check is the service alert page. Updates and fixes for problems as (and when) they occur, are posted there.

I won't make excuses for the service, there has been a lot of individual issues lately. The best place for you to slam your feedback would be on the official feedback site.

This is completely asinine that I had my account was locked after I made the necessary corrections as asked by the enforcement team. And then billed for live again. I've been a xbox customer since the release of the very first xbox... the customer support
is a complete joke and these forums are an even bigger joke. This is just another sign for me to switch to a diferent console. Thanks for your help and input guys. But this is the straw that broke the camels back. I won't be paying a company for services
when they don't care about their customers.

The most ridiculous part of this whole thing is how the xbox is kept afloat by selling millions of murder sims. A gun killing another human is probably the most common action on Live. It's a complete joke to remove real looking guns.
