xbox live $5 promotion

i just bought a month of xbox live and it said i would get a $5 card well its been a couple days and i never received anything.

6 month promotional items not received

i never received my 5 free games when i purchased the 6 month xbox live promotion on my dashboard.

 

Wrong promotion

I purchased xbox live 3 month subscription along with GTA 5 shark card code as a promotion and I never received it in received a code for minecraft instead....I have not used the code for minecraft because I rather have the GTA 5 promotion instead.
