Xbox live 360 region games not downloding

Hello.

Im an xbox live gold member for more than 10 years now, maybe even 15.

I just finished a chat with ur representatives and was very insulted by them, and they closed the chat window on me, when Iasked for escalation, I have the dialogue saved for future lawsuits if needed ad elaboration.

This is my issue :

Im a gold member 4 forever.

My machine is located in Israel, 85% of the "free games" arent accessible for me ! But no1 toldme that !

On ur terms and conditions and FAQ, u say Israel is in the progra, no issues are mentioned with region over there, so basically ur taking my money for s many years, and givng me 15% for my money, when I ask you guys why on live chat, u move me 2 another
representative that closes the window on me, telling me basically, u r screwed.

Thats not OK.

I will never ever shutup about this.

U r acting like a mafia.

Hanging up on me when I sk where my money is ? Or games >? Am I being punished?

I cannot buy games in the Xbox Store

Do you live in an xbox live region ?

If not that woukd be why

Xbox 360 games requires your physical region to match your account andbbilling region

@vegetable sigh Philippines is not an xbox live region

In order to get 360 games you must live in an xbox live region and have a payment method from that region

But however region locked games require you to also be physically there's

 

Since that is not a rewards program issue, this is the wrong forum. Region locking was put in place by publishers, not Microsoft. So unfortunately there are games that are not available in all regions and the terms and conditions for the Games with Gold
offer does mention that.
