XBOX LIVE 360 ONLINE STALKER

I have blocked someone on 360 live due to the fact he was harassing my party chat members etc, I even left negative feedback to reduce chances of meeting online again, but somehow he always seems to know when I'm online, he always manages to get into the
same GTA. online game as me most nights. He told me in a message (that I have since deleted) he knows my name and where I live ...He must be getting around your security protocols. I just had a live chat with an advisor who recommended I post on here. This
is deeply concerning. His gamertag is '[Mod Removed]'. I fear the next time I'm online he will be there again. This has gone on too long and needs sorting. Blocked should mean blocked with no communication etc. Hope you can help me with this

Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

So, whatever happened with this? Was she able to get rid of her cyber XboxLive stalker? I wanted to know as I will be letting my son get online with Xbox Live in the coming months and wanted to know how to get rid of unwanted people who want to harass others online. I always try to protect my kids when they are online whenever I can, so knowing this in advance will be helpful.

Set your online setting to 'Offline', hide all of your activity from anyone but friends, purge your friendlist of anyone you suspect is involved, and spend $10 to change your gamertag.

Until you change your gamertag, this individual will not stop more than likely. They can create infinite silver accounts and keep spamming you.

 

This is Xbox one support but no matter,you are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

Not sure why you were told to post here,the only way to report someone is via your console.You can't report someone via the forums.

 

The female XCA is right. No naming and shaming on the forums. To block this person. Push the guide buttion on the 360 controller. Go to where there profile at. And then click on it. And then go to block. And then do a cuple clicks. And they out of your hair
for good.

If he knows your name/address, then this needs to be stopped NOW. It's against the law, and can be taken up with either your local Police or the FBI's Cyber Crimes Division. They'll be able to use his account information and arrest him.
