Xbox live 360 console support for the 360 apps in 2021

Will Microsoft continue to support Xbox live apps for the 360 in the next coming year?

Because it would be very helpful I have an older smart T.V. at home and it doesn't support YouTube or any of those apps as the 360 does. My parents are not willing to get me a new console so if you guys continue to support Xbox live
for the 360 that'd be great!

I'm pretty sure there's other people out there who feel the same way like I do. Either can't afford the new Xbox or can buy the Xbox one right now. Or if they don't have a smart tv that supports Netfix, YouTube and so on.

App support is entirely up to the app owner, but i wouldnt expect it to continue much longer

You can purchase a Roku as low as $30 that has basically everything

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. Since this is on an Xbox 360 I would recommend for you to go over our troubleshooting steps provided on our article:

'Xbox Live content won't download on your Xbox 360 console'

Hi, the XBOX 360 is also End of Life and no longer receives support. The apps have already been removed and it's a matter of time before the console is also removed from XBOX Live. XBOX 360 XBOX Live will continue to run due to THE BC.

According to Xbox Live Support:
"You can be signed in to one Xbox One console and one Xbox 360 console at the same time. However, there are some apps that you can't use on different consoles at the same time."

My question is: What if I play a Backwards Compatible 360 game on the Xbox One, will it log me off the Xbox 360?
