And the part about getting 2 games instead of 4 is not really true. Even though you do not own an xbox one, you can still go to the website and get the game and add it to your library. When you do get an xbox one it will be waiting in your library

There's been no word on if/when Games with Gold or Live itself will be discontinued for the 360.

With full back compat coming to series X, I can't see why they wouldn't continue this program.

The Xbox 360 just will not have the power for a lot of the newer games. You will see very few new titles if any that will support the console. The majority of the games that play on the 360 will now play on Xbox One and the X series. The last 360 was
sold far enough back that there should not be any under warranty. You will eventually run out of replacement parts. I do not see Xbox supporting 4 consoles at the same time

its that way because there trying to get you to upgrade to the xbox one by not giving everything to the 360 as they do to the xbox one there trying to let it die out
