    A friend bought 3 months of xbox live and gave me the code and whenever I try to redeem it I get an error. I get an error that says:

    Can't redeem xbox live 3 month card

    I bought a 3 month xbox live card and it wont let me redeem the code? It keeps saying there is an error on their end. When I try it online it gives a error code but none of them match.Can someone help me?

    I am trying to redeem my Xbox love gold membership and I keep getting an error message telling me to try again later. I get the error message when I try to redeem it on the Xbox one and when I try to redeem it online on the Xbox site. It's a prepaid 3
    month membership card. The code has been entered correctly every time.

    XBOS-3011 is the error message given to me

    Basically the same issue but I am receiving XBOS-3011

    It is with an Xbox LIVE 24 Month Gold Membership (Digital Code)

    Can't add a payment option.

    The subscription given to me by discord is a 3-Month Xbox Game Pass (not ultimate), and I didn't notice that it says "Valid for new Xbox Game Pass members only", any way the problem isn't that I can't redeem the code it self, the problem is when I try to add a payment option no matter from where I try it doesn't work and shows the same error, even when trying from a new account on a different device and network.
