XBox Live 3-Month Subscription Promo Never Received

I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
told me to post here to receive help.

The promo stated:

Buy 3 months, get 3 free

Purchase a 3-month Gold membership and receive a code for an additional 3 months delivered to your email address within 10 business days.

Offer valid from 9:00PM PST on June 6, 2018 to 11:59 PM PST on June 17, 2018, while supplies last. Available only in Microsoft online store in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Offer valid for 3 month Xbox Live Subscription. After
your purchase, you'll receive a digital code at the email address associated with your purchase within 10 business days of promotion end date. Code must be redeemed by August 31, 2018. No reproduction of codes will be accepted.

Xbox live 3 Month Promotion Never Received

In February I bought a 3 month subscription from Microsoft's website directly. The 3 month option had a free 3 month code promo with it, which was the reason I selected it. My live ends today and I have never received the promotion code.

There was a promo in January That stated if I Buy 3 months of xbox live i'll get an additional 3 months and I was suppose to receive an message with the codes. However I never received them.

 

Same problem here. Very misleading tactic.

 

How can support even tell you to post here since is them the ones that need to fix it up and not the community?!?

 

I have.made up.my mind never to buy anything from.xbox in the future. I too have the same problem you do. Still haven't received my free 3month. Customer service ask.me to post here. How does this help. I Have posted here a few times about the same issue
and nothing. How can I trust buying from a company who's customer service cannot or will not help.me.

MS is lying to its customers. Using misleading tactics to get their customers to buy 3 moths with a false promised to 3 and additional 3 months. Its a lie.

 

Did you fullfil the offer or did you try and bypass it

If you tried to use a prepaid code then you didnt fullfil the offer

To get the code you must puechasethe offer with a payment optiom

A prepaid code only counta as a previous purchsse not a valid purchsse

As it counta as a prevuous sale at the pos not when you bought the offer

 

I am having a difficult time trying to understand this response. ??? I made a purchase for a 3-month subscription and redeemed the code that was provided for those 3-months. When I made the purchase it clearly indicated a separate code would be EMAILED
to me within 10 days. The issue is that this code was NEVER sent. I don't understand why I have to post to a community forum to get this resolved. How difficult is it to just email a code and fulfill the terms of the promo?

 

I conpletely agree. Terrible customer service. I’ve spent hours online trying to get this resolved. I have kearned my lesson to never purxhase from the website again.

...and after my fifth attempt to get this taken care of I just got an email saying I NEED to call another department to get this taken care of. Worst customer service! I cant wait for that department to tell me to pist something on this community forum.

 

Diego, with all do respect, this has to be a joke. That link you just sent was where I started. I was then told to post here. Why is it that NO ONE seems to have the ability to take care of this issue? It is ridiculous!
