    XBOX Live 24 Month Gold (Download) can't be Redeem


    Hi all,

    I'm trying to redeem my new XBOX Live 24 Month Gold (Download) code and I'm getting all times a message that said "An unexpected error has ocurred. The error has been recorded and Microsoft will work to fix the issue. Please try again later". at the bottom
    of the screen it said "SMlhF0R+20SkADlp.65.4" and I'm not able to redeem my code. I tried more than 10 times without success. Can you please help to understand how I can finally Redeem my code?

    There's no more errors or messages that the one that I mentioned.

    Any help would be appreciate.

    Hi, this issue can have several sources, i suggest you contact customer support as they should be able to solve it for you, however before contacting them, please attempt to redeem the code on the website to see if it will work or if you get an error aswell.

    Bought GOLD for a year, now it's telling me I have to renew it after about 20 days of using it.

    I have this problem too. I just redeemed a 12 month xbox live gold but my xbox and the website isn't recognizing it. I can't download games with gold because it redirects me to a page where they tell me to buy a gold subscription

    If the 24 months was already redeemed, it can't be redeemed on another account.

    Existing Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox All Access

    You can add the 24 months of Ultimate to your existing subscription as long as it won't go over 36 months. If it were to go over the 36 months, you would need to wait until you have 12 months or less remaining on your subscription before redeeming the 24
    months of Ultimate.
