Xbox Live 2016-2017 Accreditation Code is gone. Please help.

To whom it may concern,

I am an ExpertZone member, and I have recently re-verified my employment and was verified access to the site with all its benefits and such. On September 1st, 2016, the new 2016-2017 Xbox Accreditation program was announced, and the first 30,000
participants to complete it would receive a free 12 month Xbox Live Subscription code. Fortunately, I completed this program with swiftness and was awarded the free code, seen on the site on the Xbox 2016-2017 Accreditation homepage.

The unfortunate part of the story is my Xbox Live account already had an existing 12-month subscription on the account, not to end until January 2017. I called support back in September of 2016, and they told me I could not stack codes together;
basically, I couldn't have two years of Xbox Live on the account stacked together. So, they told me to come back to the page when my Xbox Live subscription ended, and the code would still be there for me, since its reserved under my account until I decide
to redeem it.

So, here we are in January of 2017, and my subscription has ended. I re-verified access to ExpertZone's site, and I went back to the Xbox Accreditation page. When I went back to the homepage, it said I had completed the course, which I thought, "Well,
great, that's what it said before, so I can just go get my code now!", but when I went to the homepage, it was completely gone, not accessible or visible anywhere at all.

So, I am asking Xbox Support to either: Redeem 12 months of Xbox Live onto my account, since I am employed under a Microsoft Affiliate, give me a 12 month code for me to redeem myself, or to just credit the value of a 12-month subscription to my
Xbox Live account so I can purchase it myself accordingly. Please get back to me with any information ASAP. I have no Xbox Live, and I would like to continue using my employment benefits to my advantage within this area of Microsoft.

Lost fallout 3 game code

in about 2016 or 2017 I purchased the fallout 4 game disc (not preowned), it came with a free fallout 3 game code but I lost it☹️ Can I please get some help I would really like that game.

You would need to contact customer support for ExpertZone so they can resend you the code. There is a contact us link at the bottom of their page that will take you to their email.

FYI, gold subscriptions do stack. You can add up to 36 months at a time.

 

I called them in September and the code would not stack, just so you know. I already tried to contact ExpertZone with no luck.

That doesn't make any sense then why this would've happened. When I called to put it onto my account, it kept giving some kind of error code, telling them it couldn't be placed onto my account until after my current pre-paid 12 month live subscription had
ended, so nothing on my end was at fault.

Like Smwutches and Daft Badger have both pointed out, Gold subscriptions can be stacked. Do you have a particular error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us? Specific codes help us narrow down where the redemption issue lies
so if you can shoot that our way, we'll know how to best help.
