XBOX Live 20% off promotion not finalizing.

So, this banner tile has been on my Xbox One home screen for a month now, offering me 20% off my year of Xbox Live Gold. I finally decided to go with it, and it guides me to the Xbox Live Gold management page where I can renew, download the games with gold
that month, or watch all your promotional videos trying to sell me on something I already have. So I select 12 months from the drop down menu, select "extend" and it opens up the familiar transaction window. The drop down menu to select my various payment
methods appears, but promptly disappears in favor of a "Try that again" message. It claims the issue is on my end, and suggests that waiting a bit might help. So I do, and it doesn't. It also has what I can only imagine is an error code at the bottom: 2gWnCsV9u02cwX5L.101.6

Please help, I just want to save 12 bucks!

Charged full price during 20% off promotion and did not receive game choice

Promotion: xbox live gold 20% off plus free game

Date: March 12, 2011

Promo Item(s): 20% off + Halo Reach, Fable 3, Kinect Sports, Kinectimals

I was charged full price ($59.99) during this 20% off promotion and I did not receive my choice of game email (I have checked my spam box constantly)

I believe it's been past the 8 week period.

That was just a promotion to celebrate Xbox Live's 10 year anniversary. Maybe when Xbox Live turns 20, you'll get a One...or a Two..

Well finally waited the 30 days and was able to access my account. Unfortunately now the promotion for a free month of xbox live with the ign app seems to have expired. Tnxs Xbox.
