Xbox Live 20% off deal..

Greetings, i recently saw the promotion for 20% off for Xbox live Gold. As i have been a member for 10+ years now i figured this wwas a fantastic deal. When i tried to purchase said promotion through the xbox dashboard I was instead charged the full amount.
I only went through with the purchase because the over the phone support rep told me to and they would adjust things. That did not happen as they told me to come here instead of them wasting 40 mins of my life on the phone. I tried to upload the pictures
of my dash but of course. That didnt work either. I would like the problem fixed asap please. Thank you.

Cant buy 20% off 12 Month Xbox Live Deal

My Xbox live subscription is expired and I have been offered a 20% discount for 1,3 or 12 months on the dashboard.

When trying to buy the 12 month deal at $63.50 I keep getting an error that says something went wrong from your end.

I have contacted support and they can not see the deal and when I try to buy a 1 month subscription it works.

I have tried buying through the console store yet the it still does not work.

I have spoken to Xbox support twice and i still have no subscription as they have referred me to you.

Please advise how to fix this.

I'm also having the same problem and I would really like to buy the 12 month deal.

 

Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Billing would be the only ones who could offer any refunds in order to fix it. No one on the forums has that ability. You would need to try contacting support again.

 

Im trying to buy halo 5 with the gold deal but when im about to buy it, the price is as if i didnt have gold
