Xbox live 14 days trial with Halo 5

Hi ! I tried to redeem my code for a 14 days trial that came with halo 5 (dowloaded directly from my xbox one). The internet explorer app opened up and it looked like I was able to redeem the code, but it didn't activate my xbox live gold trial. After that,
it says that the code was already used when I tried to redeem it again, Can you help me ?

Hello,the 15 January my xbox live gold ends,so i use my 14 days trials the 15 January 2018-01-30 end but like half way this i use an another code for a 14 days trial i got this with my xbox one and the other with Halo 5.But i use my another code half-way
and he says its works.But i didnt get my another 14 days so anyone can help me plz thanks.

 

I have a problem with an Xbox live code, I reedemed it normally but I can't acced to xbox live

As the title says I reedemed a 14 days Xbox live trial code that came with Halo 5, I followed all steps and I was suppoused to get a confirmation email but it never came and I cannot access to Xbox live

 

Have you tried playing on Live? Trials do not change your account status to gold, they only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer.

 

Only on social matches not ranked ones

 

The activation should be working just fine, try to restart the console.. If you can play online at all then it has been redeemed and working fine
