XBOX Live 12month expired after 2.5 months

I redeemed a 12month prepaid card from Best Buy on 8/13/15. Had to pay the $9.99 + tax because I was late getting the card in and got charged for a month at the normal monthly rate. I was on earlier today and my XBLG was working just fine. Now it says
my 12M sub has expired and that I owe them another month. With all of the support services down I was directed to the forum. I did some searching online and discovered users with this issue going back all the way to 2009. There was one particular article
that said it seemed to happen more often to users that redeem lots of codes. I redeemed several prepaid codes off of some HP Streams a while back, but hadn't had any trouble until today. I can't say that I am terribly impressed with this situation, but I
work in IT, so I can understand that stuff happens and just want to work through the issue and get back to using my Xbox Live Gold.

Before i used to have 3 months gold but then it expired i used xbox live trials till i bought 12month

i have 12months live activated at 17 January and tomorrow at 22 January pay automatically for one month but i have expired live for 31.1.2019 thanks for helping

You would need to contact support as they are the only ones with access to your billing info etc.

Figured, but with all the services down I wanted to see if this was affecting a lot of folks or if it was just something with my account. Thanks for your response.
