    I have not been responded to since 24th september 2018 with regards to activating the offer at the time when my 12 monthly subscription was nearing an end. At the time, the offer of 26.99 did not transfer
    on the checkout option and this was tried multiple times.

    I spoke to customer services on live chat and they were looking into my situation, but it has nearly been 3 months now and have been charged £5.99 x 2 for the standard monthly sub (which even more expensive
    than the standard 39.99 12 month xbox live sub).

    I feel let down and am disapointed with the lack of response i have had for a simple issue (a long term customer wanting to renew!).

    I have spoken to another customer service agent on live chat today (18th dec) who has told me to post on here and to respond to the previous email i have been sent from the support team (24th sept).
