The code can not be activated on the XBOX ONE and also via the

Xbox One KI Shadow Jago Code Not Working

I've tried Several times to Redeem my Shadow Jago code as well as my 12 - Month Gold membership And I received an error code SVC60004 for The 12 Month Gold Membership and Shadow Jago. I looked up the Error code and it shows that the Codes have been Already
Redeemed which isn't Possible because i bought the Code From Walmart yesterday after Searching for Places that still sold them so i can not only Renew My Xbox Live Gold membership to Enjoy the Benefits but also Receive Shadow Jago. With The Error I've tried
to Return the 12 MO DO Gold Membership for a Refund but i was told that i needed to contact Customer Support for Xbox to resolve the issue because they said the code shouldn't have been used unless I used it and Tried to Return it Claiming it was already Used
which It Was already Used because if it Wasn't I wouldn't have received the SVC60004 error code any help would be Greatly Appreciated

It sounds like the code may have been used before you used it. Did you purchase the code from a valid retailer? Also, be sure the region of your account matches your physical locale, as cross region accounts aren't supported.

I bought the code at gamesdeal.com. The region of my account is Poland and it is matches with my location. I bought the code 2017-09-11 a day later I tried to use it. Can you tell when it was first activated?
