    I keep getting an error code and am unable to add the 12 months to my account. The error code is:

    Almost a month now and still unable to make add a payment method. I also tried adding a prepaid xbox live 12 month code and I also get an error. Only one more month until the Xbox One comes out and I am hoping this is resolved by then.
