Xbox live 12 month gold

My 12 month gold subscription was cancelled at time of renewal even though i received a email confirmation telling me my 12 month xbox live gold subscription was successful now i lost my 4/5 year+ tenure and i have to deal with all the customer support crap
instead of being able to enjoy my night by playing some xboxlive not to mention my history with xbox runs deep and then this happens thanks Microsoft it sure would be nice if u guys could right ur wrong and give me the 12 month xbox live gold that u yoinked
out from under me. I cant help but wonder what Playstation would do ...
