    What is up with the lack of a 12-month subscription option for Xbox live. Something that used to cost $60 a year will now cost $100 or $120 if you use the only options that Microsoft now offers. That seems completely absurd. coming from someone who has been an Xbox supporter from the very start and have paid for yearly subscriptions for as long as they were available. Now I want to sign my kid's account (on a separate Xbox - cant use home sharing as its already used between my wife and my xboxs) up for Xbox live and I have to go to a different store to buy a 12-month sub card and then redeem the code. Microsoft doesn't think people are going to actually fork out the extra cash just because they took the option away did they? All they are doing is making it harder for their customer to buy the product that is needed. I truly hope they fix this.

    Xbox Live. GOLD.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.
