    Xbox Live 12 month code not working


    Has anyone experienced this issue? I purchased an Xbox Live 12 month subscription card, when I go to enter the code on my system or online I receive the following error :

    XBOS-3015

    e1d7a993-9e0f-4b4a-8098-dd82fc69b351

    I've waited 24 hours and tried entry multiple times but I keep receiving this error along with a message stating to try again later.

    Day one 12 months xbox live error

    I have tried to activate the day one 2013 12 month xbox live code and its not working.

    Nowhere does it say "cannot be added to an existing Xbox Live Gold membership." Like some other codes do.

    Extremely frustrating.

    Xbox Live 12 month code not working

    I got a 12 month subscription card, I redeemed it, so when I tried to play Star Wars Battlefront, it said I had to get Xbox Live. Anyone know how to fix this?

    The error XBOS-3015 is in internal error code. Meaning that Xbox Support has an internal lookup for that error code.

    I forget the common XBOS errors but from what I recall that was a common one.

    Long story, short. Contact Xbox Support and let them know what you're trying to do and give them the error code XBOS-3015. They can look that up and see if it's an issue with the account or the code you're trying to redeem.

    I watched the video and tried to redeem the gift card that way and it will work but what I would like to do considering Xbox Live for 12 months is on sale right now is use this gift card for that but when I go to the Microsoft store and I click on deals
