    Xbox live 12 month code not showing


    I redeemed a 12 month code this morning on my phone but its not showing on either phone or the xbox. I cant access live gold cause its expired. I try to use the code again but its saying its already been used.

    Removed profile from xbox and reinstalled but still not working, any ideas? Microsoft arent open until 3pm
