    I bought XBOX LIVE 12 Months and everything worked for 2 days and now it asks me to pay a new subscription! The other is canceled? It is unacceptable !

    J'ai acheté XBOX LIVE 12 Mois et tout fonctionnait pendant 2 jours et maintenant il me demande de payer un nouvel abonnement ! L'autre est annulé ? C'est inadmissible !

    12 month auto renewal on a canceled card

    on september 1 xbox live renewed my xbox live gold with a 12 month auto renewalsubscription to a debit card i had canceled at the beginning of summer, so my question is how the heck did they renew it on a canceled card

    Wince they added the Gold before the Ultimate, it would gave upgraded the full 12 months to Ultimate.

    if you already had a gamepass then it would have converted to 4 months of gamepass ultimate.

    if you just applied gold then chose upgrade to gamepass then it would have charged you 10.99 per month when it is due for renewal next.

    as you cancelled it you cancelled everything, the only ones who can help are support, you will have to phone or use live chat. using options for unrecognised charge usually gets you through on the phone.

    no admin here can help as they do not have access.
