Xbox live 1 year membership cut short.

For christmas one of my presents was a 1 year xbox live pass I put it in and it also gave me a free few months of ultimate with it but now the ultimate has run out and for some reason it says I have no xbox live. even though it was a 1 year pass and its
only been a few months.

what happened was that at the time of changing your ultimate months all your months of gold also transformed what happened that a year of gold becomes between 5 and 6 months of ultimate

did you read up on the previous or future conversion ratio when using your xbox game pass with xbox gold codes???

if you haven't worth checking out the terms and conditions and looking at what you would get if you had a 3,6, or 12 month code while using game pass

It didnt work do you know anything else i can do? Cause i dont want to waste my money buying 2 times the amount of xbox live
