    First, I'm french, so excuse me for my bad english

    I've got a problem, today i've been subscribe to the '1 month xbox live gold trial'

    But, i stay as a silver player

    Why? Please answer me

    I'm having this problem. I got the xbox live gold 1 month trial today and It doesn't let me play online.

    Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

    so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

    By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

    Be sure you are visiting the correct region website for your account. If your account is not in the proper region the account may not allow you to use live. In order to sign up for the 1 month gold trial on the website you will need to add a credit card
    on file. Also ensure that your billing information is up to date on commerce.microsoft.com

    There are 3 x 1 month free trials per new xbox console. In order to access the trial you'll need to create a brand new account on the console. When it asks you to join live select No. It will then offer you a one month free trial of the Live service.
