Xbox Live 1 Month Free Trial Issue

on the 1/3/2016 i got the 1 month free trial for xbox live gold, today while playing gta 5 my xbox turned off, when i came back 5 minutes later i turned on my xbox one and loaded up gta 5 noticing it would let me join gta online. i thought it was an
error with the game, and tried it on AC: BF, and well the same thing happend it said i needed to get xbox live. the 1 month trial on my subscription box says expires 4/1/2016 (or 1/4/2016) this is really pissing me off. would someone please help me...... Thanks

Xbox live gold free trial canceled if I enter code for xbox live gold?

so I'm eligible for free Xbox live gold for 1 month. I got 3 months of Xbox live gold for Christmas but my question is if I enter the code for 3 months of Xbox live gold will it cancel me being able to use free Xbox live gold trial for 1 month?

By the way, I did not use the trial yet.

 

Reading that was kind of confusing but I will try my best here. So if you got a "1" month free trial on 1/3/2016 it should have ended on 2/3/2016. Now maybe it was a 2 month code you used or used 2 "1" month codes but that would bring you
to today 3/3/2016.

Now my next question would be where are you looking at to see where your subscription ended? Are you going to the games for gold page? If so it would say in the upper left hand corner when it expires.

The other place to look at it would be under "Settings > Account > Subscriptions". Should show a box with the label "Xbox Live Gold" and give you the date.

Now I am not sure if what you are stating up there is suppose to be 4/1/2016 or 1/4/2016. But please indicate with "dd/mm/yyyy" before / after it so we know if you are using US or Europe Date format. If it does in fact say 4/1/2016 (mm/dd/yyyy) then there
is nothing we can do for you here on the forums.

The only other thing I could thing of to try would be to delete your account off the xbox; then add it back on your xbox. It could be that Xbox Live is down in your area right now. You can check its status
here.

what i mean is i got the trial on 1st of march (1/3/2016) and it *** over on the 3rd of march (3/3/2016) it hasnt even been 1 month yet , also its says my subscription will end on the 1st of april (1/4/2016 or 4/1/2016), my xbox live was working fine till
my xbox decided to turn off, and when i turned back on i wasnt working.

 

Aww gotcha. Well did you try to delete your account off your xbox one then re add it to the console? Also did you double check the link I gave you so see if the Xbox live services are up and fully functional in your area of the world?

I know a number of times when this weird glitch happens where you can see things online but you are "not connected to xbox live". Deleting your account and re adding it fixes this issue 90% of the time. Worth a shot at any rate.

 

i have seen the servers and they are up and running in Australia, and yes i have tried to delete my profile off of my xbox one and re add it, but did nothing

 

Well that bites.There isn't any error codes is there? For example “E12” or “0x87df2ee7”. Other then that the only other thing I can think of at this point is to call Xbox official support.
