Xbox Live 1.0 is coming back!?

Hello Microsoft, Gamers all over YouTube making videos about project called insignia, this project promise to bring back Xbox Live 1.0 servers up again and can run all games that have Xbox Live 1.0 support for OG Xbox Console, by changing the DNS ip in Xbox
settings you will be able to to connect to Live 1.0 servers and create new account and jump in again.

Is it true? There discord now have 2000 members and the videos for project Insignia getting 100K + views on YouTube. What Microsoft will respone to this? Is this legal?

Yes, we are group of people from YouTube trying to contact microsoft admins to bring us this game again, can you please read this post and support it? We almost have 500 Votes.

I think Microsofts official response will be not to use it as it looks like it has nothing at all to do with Microsoft.

it is a third party company that is doing this, technically microsoft cant really do much about it if they are setting it up to mirror the old discontinued live, it will also be usable on the original xbox without tampering, so basically can be used by all.
I have been watching this for quite along time, it will be better than using xlink kia or other tunnelling programs.
