Xbox list persecute players and steal their money

I was falsely accused of talking **** to players even though I mostly only talk to my friends in private chat. Before when these things happen I was able to contact Xbox Live they were able to resolve the situation quickly giving them permission to go through
my whole profile and messages. now they treat it like it's a separate separate company much like the government would treat any type of collection agency or any type of other company that is just trying to rip you off and create a problem for you.. so now
when these things happen which they do not happen too often they are a huge deal I try and contact Xbox Live they say well it's a separate Department basically separate company we can't do this we can't do that much like a collection agency then they have
the audacity to turn around and say .. we are in training only trying to learn for the best to your customer service... In training my ass.. I'm a persistent ****hat always get his ****.. you are raping me of money do to false allegations.. my time is money
whether it's free time or not I pay for your services.. your new **** program is not helping anybody in this whole system is slowing things down I expect results quickly and that's what I pay for.. in the past my grievances were resolved very quickly but now
you have created a ring of **** much like the American government.. I'm tired of being sentence circles resolve my **** I will definitely never ever buy another Xbox or anything with Microsoft PlayStation all the way from now on

Why, I leave my details safely on the system, same with xbox and ea, if my account gets hacked and they steal my UT Team and MSP, I WILL get the money back for the points plus the money I spent on players.

Yeah, iwas wondering how they tell u u can kill other players and steal they're money but then they can kick u.

Phone/chat support have never been able to unsuspend someone if they have had enforcement actions on their account.

In the past if you got suspended you had to post in the ban/suspension part of the forums but that changed a few years ago & now you have to file for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site

You still have to follow the ToU/CoC even if you are in a private party.

Not sure what this "new program" is that you mentioned.I've been on xbox live since it began & there has always been some sort of enforcement team that deals only with xbox live enforcement. & they are separate from support.

Just because you pay for a service does not make you exempt from the rules that you agreed to follow.

The rules are pretty much the same over on PSN/PlayStation so you will not get away with violating their ToU/CoC either.
