    XBOX link to EA stopped working (battlefield 5). XBOX gives "Invalid Account" message when I try to start game. When I try to relink with XBOX live in my EA account it tells me link failed. I even repurchased the game, same results.

    Yeah I downloaded Battlefield 5 off of EA Access and it works.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately there is no way to "rollback" a code once it's been redeemed. All code redemptions are final. Also something to note is that any 5x5 pre-paid code for Battlefield 5 redeemed in the Microsoft Store is

    Anthem and battlefield 5 have never been given away for free with gold. They are available on EA Access. Have you ever had EA Access? If so, it may have expired, if it it has, then the games will not work until you either purchase them or purchase EA Access.
