Xbox limits per household

I currently run 2 Xbox, 1 is "home console" and other I have to login as Gold acc holder, is it possible to add a 3rd or even 4th Xbox and still have all the benefits of the Gold sub? Everything online points to only being able to have max of 2 Xbox at
once.

Hi, you can share with multiple accounts on one xbox. But game sharing and live ect is restricted to one other console in the house.

I'm not too sure about this but two seems to be the perfect number from my experience. I have two Xbox's, one for me and one for my brother. I keep the one he plays on as my home so he can play all the games I purchase as well as share gold with me. My Xbox
One S is only used by me and in order for him to play on my console, I must be logged in as well.

So as such, I believe having a third console would not work efficiently. I guess you could swap home Xbox's depending on which ones are used more but one would lose the benefits and you can only switch your home Xbox 5 times a year.

That is my theory though, maybe someone else can shed some light on this topic.

Unfortunately you will need another Gold subscription for the third and fourth consoles. As of right now, the

Home Console feature is only available with one console at a time.

 

You can only have 1 Xbox Once console set as an accounts Home Xbox at a time, so you will need to have a minimum of 2 accounts that have Gold to be able to use 3 or 4 Xbox Ones using online multiplayer at once.

 

you can only gameshare between two consoles, so you would need two subscriptions to accomodate 4 consoles

 

Max is 2 no more than that...

 

Yup, 2 is the max. Hope in the future something happens with the family member accounts. There just needs to be a way to verify location.
