Xbox light comes on but never fully starts up

I hit the power button on my xbox and i get the audio for power on and the power light comes on but my tv says no sifnal. im 100% sure this is not an issue regarding my hdmi cable or my xbox's hdmi port. it is a startup issue. i know this because when it
turns on and the light is on, no matter how long i let it try to start up i still cannot connect a controller, i mt kinect does not power on, and the usb ports on the side and back of the console give off no power. its like i turn it on and the light comes
on and then it just stops and sits there forever

Is the console still covered by warranty ?

i wouldn't say it is, it's probably 5 years old, my fear is that even though it starts up, the operative system has shutdown inside

Blank TV Screen Troubleshooting page. These steps will help determine what kind of issue this may be. Be sure to start with the steps under 'Your screen is blank after you turn on the console'. If those steps don't work, would you happen to have access
to a different display you can try?

I've tried everything on there before and have had a chat and phone call session with xbox support. I specifically said that I am 100% sure it is not a display, hdmi, or hdmi port issue

My console is not fully turning on. there is NO power to any of the usb ports and i cannot sync a controller

If you have already followed those steps, unfortunately the next best step will be to begin the repair process on your Xbox One console by visiting our Online Service Center. I understand the repair route is not ideal, but if your Xbox One console continues
to fail displaying an image along with the other symptoms you mentioned, a repair will be the best step to take.

hi there, sorry to hear you are having problems

when you turned your xbox back on did it come up with the green start up screen?

if it did thats great if not then your power cycle failed. when you have unplugged from the mains make sure you wait until the light on the power block has fully gone off before plugging it back in.

What does it mean when your touch power button has a blinking red light on start up? But never starts... xbox 360 will not power on and i feel i tries everything. All the cords are secure, i pulled out the hardware made sure it was dust free. The power brick
is solid orange light that goes green when you try to start the console but goes back orange cause the console turns off after 10 blinking red lights and never powers up at all. What should I do????
