Já tentou verificar os cabos? Trocar o cabo hdmi? Em outro televisor?

Elimine todas as alternativas se ainda persistir veja com o suporte se ha algum procedimento a se fazer.

Olá a Microsoft não resolveu de nenhuma forma eu mesmo estou tentando jogar e fica na mesma tela para cortar o limão, ja realizei o processo acima e nada.
