Xbox life gold game turned into a trial for no reason

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what game licenses that you own and whether or not they're games or
game trials.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

We'd be happy to help, but it would be easier to find information for you if we knew what game you are having issues with.

Also, is your Xbox Live Gold subscription still active? You need to have an active subscription in order to still play Games with Gold after you redeem the game and download it.

Search for the game while signed in on your Xbox in the Microsoft Store and see if it shows that you own it and that you can download it or if it shows that you need to purchase the game.

There should be an option below Trial to install as part of XBL Gold.

Slime rancher and ive checked it just says you have a trual for this game and yea my subscription is still active

The reason you cannot get Star Wars is because you cannot get Xbox 360 games with Gold with a trial. Only Xbox One Games with Gold are available to get with a trial.
