Xbox License Question

Im hoping this is the right forum for this question. About a month ago, my brother bought an xbox one, it was the first in our household so we both put our accounts on it. Since then, I bought a digital copy of Halo the Master Chief Collection and downloaded
it on his xbox. Today I finally bought my own xbox one and it was a version that came with a downloadable Halo MCC. My question is this: I want to play the game with my brtoher. However, since it was my account that downloaded it on his xbox, when I make my
new xbox my account's "home xbox," will it revoke his ability to play the halo mcc I downloaded? If this is the case, would he be able to just delete it from his hard drive then use the code for the Halo that came with my Xbox? I know this kinda rambled since

Do I have to license transfer again?

My original console is Xbox (A) it has all my content. I recently transferred my license another console Xbox (B). I went back to Xbox (A) and bought a DLC.

My question is do I have to license transfer again to Xbox(B) to get the content I just bought from Xbox (A)? Or does the license stick to Xbox(B) and I could just download it there?

Side Question:

Its been a month since I did my my first licenses transfer how many more times can I do this?

 

Removing your gamertag from his console will disable his ability to use the game. However, give him the code for the game and he can redownload it himself for his gamertag. If you have a USB 3.0 external hard drive (ranging in size from 256GB - 16TB) then
you can move the game onto that for use on your console without the need to redownload it yourself.
