Xbox Library not Loading

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I have the same problem but mine gets to the xbox fitness home screen and just sits there loading. It show the loading graphic with the dots in a circle but it never loads the workout library. $600 for this crap?

I had something like this and mentioned it in another thread and worked with XBox Support on Twitter. It is all fixed now and the way around it for me (I got stuck with the spinning-in-a-circle dots when the library or home screen for Fitness was supposed
to open) was to just log out of my profile and log in as my wife and then start Fitness. I could then switch profiles back to me in there and run my workout. Once I finished my workout and came back out to the home screen, it worked just fine after that.

I don't believe it...

I used my mobile hotspot and everything was there.

Switched back to my wifi and it still showed but didn't really do anything.

Used the app with mobile data and selected the Install to device, and while the Xbox is on installed wifi it started downloading...

Yes, I did turn everything off, unplugged the power source as well.

OS version is 10.0.22000.4976, no not an Insider.

It was happening with ALL games. I could open the Store, browse games but it was refusing to install or see my games. All games that were not currently installed. When I completely reset the Xbox it showed none of my games.

I unfortunately don't have an external device for this. Might need to check the hard drive health. Luckily I know a guy in data recovery.

Unfortunately I don't know what model it is.

When i try to see the library it just keeps loading, sometimes it would say try again later.

I also now realized that when I try to claim the free games I have an option to view instalation prigress, but when I ow that button then the que is empty.

Unfortunately no external storage.
