    I been chatting with Xbox. Support because my console was permanently banned for no reason. All I've been playing was GTA V offline and bo1-3. This is dumb. I did nothing wrong. Help me please

    Fraudulent charges from stolen bank info

    This is a matter concerning the law enforcement not xbox support.

    I suggest you to pursue this issue with the law enforcement in your area.

    Hi. I've been warned 2 times for communication problems...First time was ok but today, for the same thing except I've done nothing but playing the right way with my headset on with mic OFF...What is happening with the Xbox Live law enforcement? Today was
    really unfounded enforcement against my gamertag...What are my rights in this case?

    Xbox enforcement team are Law judges or Lawyers, for sure.

    But they do enforce the law agreed on the TOU. No one gets banned for no reason. Try to file a case review to the Xbox enforcement team to get a better understanding.

    I can tell you that if wxplained properly, they act on it right away. If they have sworn at you, being descriminator or racist, it’s almost automatic.

    Hello, the best thing to do is never engage with a person. Always report and ban. Just because you see a person doesn't mean that they wont get banned or punished. If you dont report XBox has no way of knowing whats going on. Each case is reviewed separately
    case by case. Read the enforcement page and see what to do and what not to do when it comes to using XBox.
