    i have tried wired and wireless gaming but can never keep connected to online games on the pc however i am fine not a problem so what gives? why is the xbox one have such a hard time any help or things i could try would be a big help

    What is an acceptable latency on this game on Xbox One?

    My latency constantly goes from around 40ms to to around 60ms in game.

    Data Center is neu (67ms)

    the xbox one latency issues are quite obvious with the current results im seeing posted. Hopefully this is patched soon but people want to be mainly around 80ms on latency or lower...next gen with old original xbox latency...nice.

    Hi,

    You say you're unable to stay connected to online games on the pc. Is this an issue with a computer or the Xbox One?

    In order to help solve your issue, it would be helpful to know a little more about your problems.

    Such as, have you tested your network settings under Network? Are you experiencing any connectivity issues on other devices, such as a PC, tablet or phone? Are you able to access Store, Friends, Chat, or any other apps that require a stable internet connection?

    My PC can hold connection and I total fine I have tested on the PC and everything is normal but when I test on the Xbox my latency is between 150-200 the other stat seem completely normal but with the bad latency I can't play any game online I am also talking
    to my isp

    Thank you for the additional information.

    Talking to your ISP is a good idea.

    I would imagine you've already tried restarting both your console, modem, and router (if you have one), so I won't suggest that.

    Also, try updating your console with the latest system upgrade.

    If you are still experiencing issues, I would try contacting Xbox support directly:

    is the speed test on the xbox one accurate or is the sever still based far away from the uk?

    hello,

    I have a problem with the latency....I`m from Romania...I have a 100mbps internet connection and thinking of upgrading to 1000mbps ...if i run test multiplayer connection i get somewhere around 80mbps upload and download ... but the latency is around 180
    !!!! First i thought it`s a problem on my side...but seems that everyone in my area has the same problem !!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM because i really cant play FIFA and probably any other multiplayer game like this !!!!. WE PAY XBOX LIVE AND
    WE GET 180 LATENCY...THAT`S NOT FAIR !!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

    Confirmation that there IS a FAULT on UK/European Server

    The dashboard latency test is meaningless. It has nothing to do with your gaming experience. You will not be playing games connected to the latency test server.

    The Xbox does not control your latency. Latency is purely determined by the location of the game server you are connecting to, and the route it takes to get there.

    Try to play on servers in your own region if you are worried about latency.

    how does one get service or talk to a human regarding xbox. Tried all available online options and get nowhere.

    Wired connection on xbox 1 high latency in 90's. new modem DLspeeds 500mb. When playin on cloud on a mac same wired connection latency is 15-20. Xbox one is specifically were the latency is occurring. need help.

    Latency on xbox series s is a lot more than on the laptop

    I mostly play halo infinate and the latency on that too reaches 150 ms.

    The sole reason I have been trying to reduce the latency on xbox for a month is the unplayable level of latency on halo infinate.
