Xbox latency issues???

Hi. I have the fastest Internet plan at twc. I haven't had a problem with my xbox one till now. My multiplayer gaming on my xbox one is super laggy. If I go to network setting and test the speed. The latency is around 200 to 300 ms. The download speed
is around 1 to 5. The upload is between 0.5 to 1. Usually the latency is between 30 and 70. Download 10 to 16. And upload between 1.80 to 2.80. On my pc the results are normal but totally different on my xbox one. The only issue is the xbox one no other device
in the house. I have all the ports open. But I've never had around problem till today. What should I do?

What is an acceptable latency on this game on Xbox One?

My latency constantly goes from around 40ms to to around 60ms in game.

Data Center is neu (67ms)

the xbox one latency issues are quite obvious with the current results im seeing posted. Hopefully this is patched soon but people want to be mainly around 80ms on latency or lower...next gen with old original xbox latency...nice.

 

Are you in the update preview? Go to Settings>Preferences and enable PlayTo streaming. This is a workaround for a known issue.

Otherwise, you may want to try power cycling your console (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) as well as turning the router off and on to try to fix any network
issues.

 

And I already tried resetting the router a couple times

 

If you are in the preview program thats where you need to post, also use the give feedback app on your console.

 

Thank you so much. I was wondering why. I fixed the problem by re downloading the preview registration app. I guess the app was corrupt. Thank you so much.
