You are trying to connect by cable or Wi-Fi, normally the lost packets are due to a bad connection, a network test will not detect this loss so easily because as long as the communications arrive there will not be a network failure. Try to connect by cable
if possible or if not then by WiFi but trying to be closer to the access point.
