XBoX language packages

Good Morning I’ve purchased on XBoX One in mainland China, I’d like to change the language to English but when I access the language just chinese is available, how is it possible to change the language to English?

With the purchase of xbox 360 there was a disk of call of duty in a gift : black ops 2,Polish edition in Polish language.Do I can how to get for example the Russian language package or English language package for the game? Polish does not absolutely know

Due to certain laws in China, Chinese Xbox Ones are actually region locked so it's actually not possible to change that setting.

 

Is it there a link for these language package download?

 

thanks Smwutches, frankly it looks quite funny that Microsoft does not support its own language, what about those chinese citizen which are living outside Mainland and do not speak chinese or those who want to learn English?

 

In this situation it's not up to Microsoft. It's due to certain rules that have to be followed in China in order to allow the console to even be sold there.

 

is it possible to know details and which rules?

it looks like quite a problem from microsoft as the product is global and can be also exported for those who will move around and live in china for a limited time but still wants to use microsoft products.

are then software packages foreseen once the product is moved? it is not part of the declaration in the console once is purchased in one country either.

Thanks but not really useful to solve this topic, which is an XBox One’s Microsoft specific Software issue and problem not really present in other products sold from XBox competitor’s in China

 

Do a factory reset in your Xbox, so when you set your Xbox again, it will probably be in english
