Discus and support Xbox lag issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have Ethernet and great connection as my router is meant for gaming so when I load up Xbox all my games work perfectly fine without issues except one...     I have Ethernet and great connection as my router is meant for gaming so when I load up Xbox all my games work perfectly fine without issues except one where every almost feels like a second my game freezes due to some kind of lag while playing online and everyone in the game says it looks like I'm lagging everywhere but I sound perfectly fine like nothing is happening when I use my mic in game even in party chat (My Ping Is Always 32 or 50 when playing, No packet loss, Latency is 30) . Another thing my friends didn't understand either is when I host I get the same issue and my friends are fine when they host same issue, So please if anyone can help I would really appreciate it, The Game I Am Talking About Is Rainbow Six Extraction, that released today , I am on Xbox one

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing lag in your game. If you’re having a problem or seeing unexpected behavior that doesn’t appear to be a known issue, report it as a new problem.

    In order to report problems through your Xbox console, you’ll have to download the free Xbox Report a Problem app first. This is one of the best ways to report issues to Team Xbox, since you can do it directly through your console.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.
    2. Search for “xbox report a problem” and download the Xbox Report a Problem app.
    After the app has downloaded and installed, follow the instructions below.

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button.
    2. On the What do you want to do? screen, choose Report a problem. This will open the Report a Problem app.
    3. Select Report new problem.
    4. On the New problem report screen, give your problem a descriptive title.
    5. Select the most appropriate category and subcategory from each dropdown.

      Note If you’re not sure what category a problem should be in, just take your best guess. We’ll still receive and review your problem.
    6. If you can show us the problem, ensure the Include screenshot or Include game clip checkbox is checked.
    7. Provide a description for the problem. The best way to do this is to answer these questions:
      • What is the problem or unexpected behavior?
      • What steps did you take to encounter the problem?
      • What additional software, hardware, or accessories were you using when you encountered the problem? For example: media discs (Blu-rays, DVDs, games), TV model (video issues), AV setup (audio issues), networking hardware (connection issues), headsets, arcade sticks, or peripherals.
      • Were there any specific error codes or messages you saw when you encountered the problem or behavior? If so, what was the error code or message?
    8. Select Submit. It may take a few seconds for the report to send.
    Additionally, for non-Microsoft games, you will get the most up-to-date and detailed info by checking out support options from the game developer. To resolve your Xbox game issue:

    • Check the Xbox status for any relevant issues. Restart the game, and if that doesn’t resolve the issue power cycle your console.
    • Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
    • Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

      Note If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure you hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until the console completely shuts down

      Test your network connection, and then try using a different Xbox profile to launch and play the game
