    I am so disappointed in Xbox support. Let me explain my story. Contacted support due to my Xbox not starting up properly. Diagnosed as an issue due to a software update. I took the option to pay $400+ to get an Xbox sent me. 4 days later I recieved my what
    was thought to be a new Xbox. At least that is what I was told it would be. Hooked everything up and hit power and nothing happened. Called supporrt to figute out what was wrong. Pretty they sent an Xbox that didn't work. After spending over an hour with support.
    They said they couldn't do anything for me that I needed to send it back. So I packed it up and sent I back the next day. So I wait and track the package and see 3 days later it was recieved. So I call support to sent up a new ticket. Sorry we can't until
    it gets checked in call back in 2 days. I wait 2 days call back. Hmmm sir there is nothing we can do cause it hasnt been checked In yet. Asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could do something. Pretty like talking to a wall. Just kept repeating we
    can do anything, you just have to wait. Asked to speak to someone above her. Apparently their supervisors don't answer to anybody as she couldn't give me to anyone else. During the same time I can an email from someone in escalation, saying they could help.
    Emailed them back, took 3 days to get any kind of response from them. Set up a time for them to call. The time was suppose to be 12:30. So I set aside that time at Work. I get no call. Well 3 hours later I have to missed calls with no call back number. But
    I get an email that she will call me in 3 days when she returns to work. i call support and see if they can do anything again. Talk to the first person and he can't do anything. ask to speak to the supervisor. Told me he can't do anything because escalation
    no has the issue with them. So I ask can I be transfered to that department. He says no, they can't be reached. So your telling me that one of the largest corporations can't get into contact with another department, no sir. Can you email them, no we can't.
    So what can you do for me. You will just have to wait till they call you. I said they called me 3 hours late and now I have to 3 days for someone to return to work, yes sir. Pretty much 3 weeks later I have a broke Xbox and $400+ hold on my card. I dont even
    know if I can get this issue resolved because I can not get any answes from anyone. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service I have been given. I have been an Xbox supporter since day one. Got Xbox live day 1 and I am considering not renewing my memebrship
    in November.

    Is there any way anybody from official support can look into this more thoroughly for this customer? Sounds like an unsuccessful advanced replacement and that's a good chunk of money being held from them. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

    Hi there BRANDON LEE2131,

    I understand your frustration with this difficult situation however microsoft support does help a lot of customers it may not seem like this but in the background day in and day out a lot of people are helped with various issues they may have.

    I understand a insider build has caused you issues and I personally apologise for this upset caused, if you look at my fellow ambassadors replies on this issue they will advise you to submit the refund form and then you will receive the payment back within
    5-7 working days.

    Im just calling my congressman. Companies like microsoft are to big to not have quality control. Ive done everything all of you suggests and how do i prove the movies i rented both played for 12 seconds then quit and why not hear me when i do call and say

    The refund request option is by email and setup so that you get frustrated and give up.
