Xbox kicks me out of all Apps "Try Again Later"

Having real problems this evening.

Can't open Netflix, Youtube, Onedrive or Amazon Video.

The App opens and then shuts itself down with a message that says Please Try Later Error code 0x87de2713" it then says to check connection.

The connection is fine as I'm seeing live feeds and able to play games, download from the store etc...

Anyone able to help?

Video Apps - "An error has occurred, please try again later"

This error message,

"An error has occurred, please try again later."
proves conclusively that software debugging is JUST NOT GOING TO HAPPEN where ever you find such a non- descriptive message. When every conceivable error has this message, how easy is it to find out the fault that is happening? It is impossible. There is
no unique code to track where it happened, nor why, etc. It is super stupidness at its worst.

 

Video Apps - "An error has occurred, please try again later"

Ive had this problem since i first bought the Xbox One, and i got it on Release Day!

So its a problem that may only exist on Xbox One. (No longer got 360 to test)

OK, So every single Video Application there is, when ever I try and watch a Program on the app or change channel on Live TV, i get the message "An error has occurred, please try again later".

I know the Live Streaming in Apps such as Sky Player Works, as when I go on the App, the Live TV is on, I just cant Change the Channel



Apps that has exact same error (word by word):

- Sky Player

- Netflix

- BBC IPlayer

- All 4

- Demand 5

Youtube and Twitch Work FIne!



Ive Tried all the Troubleshoot Options Such as:

1. Test Network Connections

2. Clear Cache

3. Delete Profile and Redownload

4. Delete the Apps and Reinstall

and any other I've been given from the site and online advisers



So please Help with this, ive been really patient (2 years to be accurate)

 

Most of us have same problem mate,poxy Microsoft *** up again

 

They *** up all the time at the moment! ! Waste of space

 

Same here these outages are becoming costly and a real pain it is worse than PSN of late.

 

I'm having the same problem. it happens i guess, but with xbox its been way to much. this is BS. so I'm just going to say this is crap. a monthly subscription and they have more problems than stuff that runs of free servers. do your job that we pay a butt
load for. xbox is loading to ps4 with good reason. cause your live Sucks!

 

Ok so now I can't play any games or even watch video's from an external hard drive. The Xbox is officially now an electric box with no function.

Do they actually read or reapond on these forums as this needs fixing asap.

 

Even media player on the xbox one is asking for a disc to be inserted

 

Yea it is one of the many problems with downloaded digital content (prices, jobs and they can change the content anytime being the others) add to this MS does not make things right when XBL goes down like this. I am just glad I am not one of those who traded
in my 360 at lest I can use it to play disc heck my One will not even play a DVD because they do that silly everything is an app stuff. MS does not like the truth and they will probably delete this but, the bad almost none functional dashboard is bad enough
now the constant XBL outages they need to make this right to gamers or just admit they no longer care about us.

 

I thought there was a problem with my xbox... hopefully they fix it soon...

This problem is seriously becoming a frequent occurence. Latest update ruined the already trashy OS we call the One.

 

Bluray player doesn't work either, nor do games on disc. Everything closes saying please try later. Netflix asked for a disc, wtaf Xbox.?

 

No problem with Netflix here.
